Datastores Service Disruption on NA5 Production Environment

Between 3:00 PM EST and 03:35 PM EST we experienced a service disruption with Datastores in our North American Production Environment.

A configuration update was deployed to improve performance and stability. During this routine update, an issue was identified with the deploy procedure that required an immediate roll-back of the changes. This roll-back resulted in a disruption to Datastores. The configuration has been reverted and Datastores service has resumed.
