The incident was caused by an overloaded message queue causing resource contention with the application. Our engineers are investigating targeting alerting policies to catch this incident sooner as well as changes we can enact sooner to ensure customers are not affected by this issue in the future.

We experienced a partial outage in our European production environment as of 09:10AM UTC on 6th April 2021. Customers may have experienced heightened response time. The issue has been resolved as of 09:17AM UTC. Further details will be provided in a post mortem report within 48 hours.
