Incident Report for Medallia Experience Orchestration
Postmortem

The root cause of the issue was related to a disconnect between MXO and a caching layer used for decisioning processing. Fault tolerance processes ensured that orchestrations continued as expected, however, response times were slower due to the absence of caching. Our engineers identified the issue, and services were restored at 15:30 CET.

Monitoring
Some customers may have experienced 408 error responses and slower response times when sending interactions to MXO between 9:15am CET and 3:30pm CET. Our engineers have identified the cause, taken action to mitigate the underlying cause, and are continuing to monitor the behavior.
