Customers may have experienced degraded performance on our North American production environment (from 6:00 AM to 8:25 AM EST on March 29, 2021). This may have resulted in longer than average response times or occasional 500 errors for customers. Our engineers have identified the cause of the incident and applied a fix. This issue is now resolved. Further details will be provided in a post mortem report within 48 hours.
